 Refunds : Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
 Damaged Items : If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item for a free replacement.

 Return Shipping Costs : At Krosslinies, we value your satisfaction. If you wish to return an item according to our policy, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, please note that this only applies if you use the designated shipping carrier or the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred from using third-party shipping services or carriers not authorized by us.
